English: DEcad::GFP is both at AJs and in vesicles in the amnioserosa. Stage 12–13 embryo expressing Ubi-DEcad::GFP,, which is both at AJs and in putative vesicles. Stills are in Fig. S2D. Images were captured every 10 sec.
