English: NoV RdRp crystal structure. This video clip shows the NoV RdRp crystal structure in 3D (Protein Data Bank ID 1SH2). Amino acids that are common to NoV and RHDV are shown in cyan, and amino acids that differ between the two viruses are highlighted in yellow.
