Description
English: TNFα-induced leukocyte adhesion in WT control mice. Intravital microscopy was used to visualize leukocyte adhesion in a TNFα-stimulated (500 ng, 3 h) cremaster muscle venule (vessel diameter = 28 µm) of a WT control mouse. TNFα induced significant leukocyte adhesion to the venular wall.
