Description
Português: A marginalização e as vulnerabilidades impostas à população LGBTI+ colocam estas pessoas entre as mais expostas à pandemia de COVID-19.

O desafio é garantir que as medidas de apoio para mitigar o impacto socioeconômico desta crise tenham como foco esta parcela da população, comprovadamente mais propensa ao desemprego e à pobreza que a população em geral.

Para celebrar o Dia Internacional contra a LGBTIfobia, a campanha da ONU Livres & Iguais, em parceria com a campanha #ZeroDiscriminação do UNAIDS Brasil, convidam você para assistir ao novo vídeo da web-série “Capital Trans”: “Qual o impacto da diversidade no ambiente de trabalho?”.

A campanha compartilha exemplos de empresas empenhadas no enfrentamento à discriminação contra pessoas trans no ambiente de trabalho, no mercado e na comunidade. As Nações Unidas convidam todas as pessoas a se unirem pela promoção da igualdade para a população LGBTI+.
