Description
English: Bacterial motility of WT-GFP at 6 h after infiltration. WT-GFP bacteria were infiltrated at 108 bacteria/ml and their motility was monitored six hours later by confocal microscopy. The length of the movie is 200 seconds. The size of the movie frame corresponds to 512×512 µm.
