Description
English: Movie 3. A transthoracic echocardiogram 4 chamber view from subxiphoid approach representing a 25 mm echolucent region adjacent to the right ventricular free wall and right atrium, presumed to be due to a pericardial effusion. There was echocardiographic evidence suggestive of tamponade physiology with right atrial systolic collapse and right ventricular early diastolic collapse.
