Português: O vice-presidente do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ), ministro Og Fernandes, no exercício da presidência, negou um pedido de suspensão de processo apresentado pela defesa de Márcio dos Santos Nepomuceno, conhecido como Marcinho VP. Na denúncia oferecida pelo Ministério Público do Rio de Janeiro, ele é acusado dos crimes de associação criminosa e lavagem de dinheiro.
Em sua decisão, Og Fernandes disse que eventuais questões relacionadas à correção do acórdão do TJRJ serão analisadas pela Quinta Turma do STJ no julgamento definitivo do habeas corpus, sob a relatoria do ministro Ribeiro Dantas.
