English: Pond near Halmer End. Common ground in Bateswood "Country Park" near Halmer End, with many walkways, a cycle path and a bridleway. Most of the area is under recent birch reforestation with much of the area being reclaimed from old mining sites. The pond in the background appears to be another recent addition. |
