Description
English: Supplementary Movie 1 First orthogonal view of the conformational changes in the I-SET accompanying the formation of the quaternary complex are shown. The interface between the SET domain and the EED, with the activation loop in-between is highlighted. EED is shown in green surface representation. A-loop is stationary with Tyr111 shown in the stick figure. I-SET (with Tyr661 and Met662 in stick representation) is morphed from its inactive (purple) to the active (orange) state.
