English: Determination of microtubule polarity in axons and dendrites using EB1-GFP dynamics. Flies containing an elav-Gal4 transgene were crossed to flies with a UAS-EB1-GFP transgene. Progeny were aged to early L2 and whole larvae were mounted for imaging. Single confocal images were acquired every 3.6 seconds. The movie can be viewed with Quicktime. |
