Description
English: Supplementary Movie 1 An example of Flp-In HeLa cells after monastrol washout. Flp-In HeLa cells stably expressing histone H2B-AcGFP were co-transfected with plasmids harbouring pericentrin-RFP and siRNAs. Time lapse was acquired using a 60× /1.4 NA DIC lens objective, with a stack taken every 1 minute. The movie is presented as a maximum intensity projection. The movie is played at 6 frames per second. Scale bar, 10 μm.
