Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Control for Videos S7 and S9. Primary mouse thyroid cells were stimulated with 3 µg/ml TSH-Alexa594 in the absence of endocytosis inhibitors. After a rapid wash with fresh medium, TSH-Alexa594 fluorescence was visualized with a TIRF microscope set to have a high penetration depth. Data are representative of 21 cells analyzed in three independent experiments. Time between frames was 10 s. Playback is accelerated (one frame/second).
