English: Dynamic visualization of internalized TSH-Alexa594 and adenylyl cyclases. Primary mouse thyroid cells were stimulated with 3 µg/ml TSH-Alexa594 for 20 min, followed by staining with BODIPY-forskolin. TSH-Alexa594 fluorescence was visualized with a TIRF microscope set to have a high penetration depth. Data are representative of 20 cells analyzed in three independent experiments. Time between frames was 10 s. Playback is accelerated (four frames/second). |
