Description
English: 3-D reconstruction of a primary mouse thyroid follicle isolated form CAG-Epac1-camps mice. A stack of YFP images on the z-axis was acquired with a laser-scanning confocal microscope. The 3-D reconstruction was performed with ImageJ software. The video shows a 360° rotation on the y-axis.
