L.S.C.: Leidsch Studenten Corps, Virtus Concordia Fides (\'Leiden student association, virtue, unity, loyalty\'). The fraternity was founded in 1839 and merged in 1974 with the sorority V.V.S.L. (Vereeniging voor Vrouwelijke Studenten te Leiden) into the mixed student association Minerva.
The play was about the life of the Dutch painter Rembrandt van Rijn who was born in Leiden. The play was written by Tor Hedberg and directed by Louis van Gasteren. (source: Leidsch Dagblad, Friday 27 June 1930, Page 1)
