Description
English: Movies S1–S3 are movies of untreated and PPS-treated 9-month old MPS VI rats. Movies S2–S3 show two MPS VI rats that were treated at one-month of age for 8 months (group 2). The treated MPS VI rats could stand on their hind limbs and were much more alert and mobile than their untreated littermates, and also had much smoother coats indicative of improved grooming.
