Description
English: "A high resolution aerial photograph illustrating the riparian vegetation just upstream of the nature-like fishway in Bradford, RI, USA on the Pawcatuck River (near the public boat launch). Image was captured on 7/25/2019 with a DJI Phantom 3 Professional small unmanned aerial system at 300 ft AGL by Evans - a certified FAA Part 107 remote pilot.

Image touched up in Adobe Lightroom. Two versions are provided: a full resolution tiff & a smaller jpg.

This image was made using resources from an NSF EPSCoR funded project “RII Track-2 FEC: Strengthening the scientific basis for decision-making about dams: Multi-scale, coupled-systems research on ecological, social, and economic trade-offs”. Support for this project is provided by the National Science Foundation’s Research Infrastructure Improvement NSF #IIA-1539071.
