Slovenščina: Vse video posnetke je dne 27. 6. 1991 posnela patrulja Specialne enote milice (SE), ki je izvajala operativno varovanje centra mesta Ljubljana, in s tem dopolnjevala neposredno fizično varovanje varovanih objektov in oseb v Ljubljani. Njena naloga je bila pravočasno zaznavanje premikov enot in pripadnikov JLA z namenom ogrožanja varnosti teh objektov in oseb. SE je bila takrat že nekaj časa razpršena po več tajnih lokacijah, torej izven sedeža enote, ki je bil na Vodnikovi 43 v Ljubljani, kjer je imela sedež Zaščitna Enota Milice (ZEM). SE je deloval po t.i, borbenih skupinah, ki so odhajale na naloge iz tajnih lokacijah in se tja tudi vračale.
Čas dogajanje je po 03:00 uri - postavljanje barikad v centru mesta Ljubljana. Patrulja SE je po obvestilu o izvozu dveh tankovskih kolon iz Vrhniške kasarne začela operativno nadzorovati postavljanje cestnih barikad ožjega središča mesta Ljubljana. Na posnetku se sliši tudi komuniciranje stalne službe UNZ Ljubljana s patruljami in usmerjanje njihovega dela. |
