Abstract: Italian political cartoon shows, from left, a man labeled "Inglese" standing in a rowboat, playing a guitar to accompany a woman labeled "Rumenia" who is standing on a rock in the water outside the walls of a fort, weeping and singing, her left hand resting on another rock labeled "Trattato Del 1840"; on the lower right, a man with his fists raised is being restrained by a woman labeled "Croatia", while above them, seated at a table labeled "Santostefano" is a man labeled "Russia" eating from a bowl labeled "Bessarabia" and drinking from a bottle labeled "Bulgari", and singing "Tutto per me, tutto per me" (All for me, all for me).
