Polski: Parkour jest formą aktywności fizycznej polegającą na efektywnym, użytecznym i bezpiecznym przemieszczaniu się po dowolnym terenie. W praktyce osoba uprawiająca parkour - zwana traceurem (czyt. traserem) - przeskakuje przez murki i barierki, wspina się na ściany i skacze między wszelkimi napotkanymi przeszkodami.
Mimo tego, że powyższe aktywności brzmią ekstremalnie, do każdej z nich traceurzy przygotowują się w czasie wielu godzin treningów na mniejszych wysokościach i odległościach oraz w bezpieczniejszych warunkach. |
