English: Emerging non-polarized HepG2 daughter cells reestablish apical polarity following cytokinesis. HepG2 cells stably expressing ABCB1-eGFP were grown and live-imaged (7 min/frame; 30 fps) as described for Movie S3. The new daughter cell is able to make a new apical domain with the mother cell. Scale bar: 5 µm. |
