English: Packhorse bridge, Kirkgate, Wakefield, West Yorkshire. Easterly view of the packhorse bridge, formerly Little Bridge, that adjoins Wakefield Bridge. It is a Grade II listed narrow bridge built in 1730 of large coursed squared stone with three elliptical arches. The river no longer flows beneath. |
