Description
Deutsch: In situ läßt die Ausbreitung von Trypanblau halbdurchsichtige Primogefäße (Pfeile) erkennbar werden, die auf den Oberflächen unterschiedlicher Organe verteilt sind. Erkennbar wird das durch das, im Vergleich zu anderen Strukturen, bessere Eindringen des (blauen) Farbstoffes in die losen extrazellulären Strukturen der Primogefäße. Diese stellen sich dadurch blau dar. Gerade verlaufenden Primogefäße sind oft erkennbar, aber manchmal finden sich auch viele Aufgabelungen mit einer Verbindung (Stern). SI; Dünndarm, L; Leber.
