Description
English: Real time calcium imaging in the DVB neuron of PKA[DN] transgenic animals. The strain unc-13(s69); vjIs58; vjIs76 was used. vjIs76 is an integrated transgene with PKA[DN] specifically expressed in GABAergic neurons. One representative defecation cycle is shown. No calcium spike in the synaptic region of the DVB neuron and no Exp were observed following the pBoc.
