| Description |
English: PC analysis (upper figures) based on autosomal data, and X-chromosome SNPs. ADMIXTURE proportions (bottom figures) at k = 2,3, and 4 based on autosomal data and X-chromosome SNPs. Algeria, stands for general Algerian sample; Mozabite, stands for the Algerian Berber Mozabites; and Zenata, stands for Algerian Berber Zenata. 92,744 autosomal SNPs and 3,018 SNPs from the X-chromosome were analyzed. PCA was performed with EIGENSOFT 4.2 and plots were drawn with R 2.15.3. ADMIXTURE was performed from with K ranging from 2 to 7 and results were plotted with Distruct1.1. |
