Description
English: Live imaging of H2Av-RFP labeled nuclei in wild-type embryos. Embryos derived from mothers with a histone H2Av-RFP transgene and the TubGal4 driver (Movie S1, wild-type control) were dechorionated and imaged every 2 min. Images were assembled with ImageJ software into time-lapse movies.
