English: (July 26, 2012) This is the tallest building in Myrtle Beach and second-tallest building in South Carolina at 329 ft. (100.27 m) after the Capitol Center in Columbia. It is the southernmost oceanfront tower in Kingston Plantation, which is a gated residential condo complex that has houses, hotels, and condos that can be rented out or used as a permanent residence.
