Description
English: Response of cln1 cln2 cln3 cells to a 10-min-long pulse of exogenous CLN2 (corresponding to the data described in Figure 3). The left panel shows phase contrast images and cell contours. Color coding indicates cells fate (green contours indicates released cells, whereas red contours indicates blocked cells); The right panel shows Met3pr-Venus and Cdc10-YFP fluorescence signals.
