Description
English: Supplementary Movie 11 Cell relaxation decreases nuclear YAP iRFP-YAP signal of MDCK cells expressing iRFP-YAP, mito-CIBN-GFP and optoGEF-RhoA. Cells are subjected to two activation periods, each of them followed by 60 minutes without any activating light (activation routines consist of 60 minutes of imaging and activation, one activation pulse every 60 seconds). The square inset is a zoom on the nucleus of the cell. The graph on the right shows the quantification of nuclear YAP over time normalized by the first time point. Blue point indicates when blue light is on. Scale bar is 20 μm.
