Description
English: 3D rendering of bovine cartilage stained with DiI from Fig. 3 . The image stack was acquired using a Nikon A1R microscope, with a PlanFluor 20× multi-immersion objective (oil n = 1.515), NA = 0.75, 3× confocal zoom and 2× frame average. Image dimensions = 212 × 212 μm2, 512 × 512 pixels2, Δz = 1.0 μm, 307 slices. The image stack rendered in 3D using FIJI.
