Português: No Brasil, há atualmente quase 12 milhões de desempregados, segundo dados do IBGE. Além disso, em 2012, existiam cerca de 21 milhões de pessoas submetidas a trabalho forçado em todo o mundo, segundo estimativas da Organização Internacional do Trabalho (OIT). Quase metade delas (11,4 milhões) eram mulheres e meninas.
Há um ano, todos os países concordaram com um conjunto de #ObjetivosGlobais que promovem profundas transformações em nossa sociedade. São os chamados Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável, ou #ODS. O ODS número oito quer promover o crescimento econômico sustentado, inclusivo e sustentável, emprego pleno e produtivo, bem como trabalho decente para todos, até o prazo de 2030, com o trabalho começando desde já!
