Deutsch: Geiselhöring, Oberharthausen Kirchplatz 3. Katholische Filialkirche St. Margaretha. Anlage des 14. Jahrhunderts, barockisiert. Hochaltar mit sechs runden Säulen. (zwei sind auf dem Bild verdeckt) Seitenfiguren St. Sebastian und St. Rochus. Das Altarbild Im Zentrum zeigt die heilige Margaretha umgeben von Putten. Zu ihren Füßen ist ein Drachenkopf zu sehen. Der Drache wird in Bayern auch als Tatzlwurm bezeichnet. Daher leitet sich der Merksatz für drei bekannte heilige Frauen ab: "Margareta mit dem Wurm, Barbara mit dem Turm, Katharina mit dem Radl, das sind die drei heiligen Madl." |
