Cells were incubated with antibodies against PC1 (Santa Cruz mAb) and EGFR (GeneTex pAb), followed by Duolink PLA Probes to identify points of PC1-EGFR interaction (red). Cilia identified by acetylated α-tubulin (green). Movie generated using Voxx2 (provided freely for noncommercial use by the Indiana Center for Biological Microscopy, Indianapolis, IN, www.nephrology.iupui.edu/imaging/voxx/index.htm).
