English: Supplementary Movie 4 Representative 3D movie of centromere oscillation in control siRNA, NuSAP siRNA and Kid siRNA depleted monopolar cells. Stable mCherry-H2B HeLa cells were transfected with GFP-CENPA to mark the centromeres and depleted with control siRNA, NuSAP siRNA and Kid siRNA. The cells were treated with monastrol before imaging. Frames were acquired at 15 s intervals for 10 min. The 3D view, the 3D centromere tracks colour-coded for time, speed and acceleration, and a single 3D sister pair track colour-coded for speed and acceleration are presented. This movie corresponds to Figure 5. |
