English: (July 26, 2012) This building looks very impressive on the outside! It has a rather large footprint, but much of it is occupied by the 8-story parking garage, which is what this elevator mainly services. All of the floors above the lobby have oceanfront, north-facing, and south-facing rooms. The 8 parking levels are connected to the first 8 floors of the building (including lobby and ground) and the remaining floors above the garage contain additional south and north viewing rooms. The western side of the building terraces toward the beach as you progress up the floors starting at the top of the parking garage.
