English: Animation of the New Horizons spacecraft's flyby of the Pluto system, from 07:00 UTC to 16:00 UTC on 14 July 2015. This animation was made with a dedicated module for the Jet Propulsion Laboratory's Eyes on the Solar System simulation software. It includes an inset for "instrument view" and a projection of the fields of view for the Long Range Reconnaissance Imager (LORRI), Ralph telescope, Alice telescope, and the Radio Science Experiment (REX). |
