Description
English: Movie of t-SNE SED embedding plotted in three dimensions. PPI edges were filtered to show interactions only among proteins that cluster together. The movie was made from Cytoscape using RCytoscape to iteratively rotate and zoom the network nodes, plotted using coordinates derived from t-SNE SED embedding. Nodes and edges are graphed as in Figs 1 and S1.
