Description
English: The Task Force also defines research as basic, strategic, applied or adaptive and seeks to include technology transfer as part of the research and development continuum. This is a useful approach and one used by many funding, service-provider, and user groups in research and development. Nevertheless, it also begs the question of the role of education in both providing a knowledge framework among persons targeted to receive information and knowledge and in the continuous creation of research, development, extension, production, processing and marketing capabilities related to agriculture.
