English: Na Mokupuni o Hawaii, 1839.

Gary L. Fitzpatrick annotated the creator as Kamalu but the map states "Na Kapeau i kaha."

From He Mau Palaala Aina, an atlas intended for distribution in schools throughout Hawaii, adapted from Samuel Reed Hall's Child 's Book of Geography [1]. A similar 1839 map by Kepohoni has the island of Nihoa as a cutoff.
