清末修訂法律館調查員日本法學博士松岡義正起草破產法草案,1915年北洋政府法律編查會將此草案刪訂成《破產法草案》(共327條)。1926年11月18日經當時的司法部批准授用。此案系抄襲德國破產制度。本書以次為據間引他國立法例以為比較,概論破產法的定義、內容,以及破產債權人有無團體關係、破產管財人的地位以強制與和解等問題。分實體法、程序法、罰則法3編

(For the People's Republic of China, the URAA took effect on January 1, 1996. For the Republic of China (ROC), the URAA took effect on January 1, 2002.[1])
