写本、列帖装1冊。紺地に金銀泥で草木を描いた表紙。中央上に、金泥で水草を描き「はこねまふて」と墨書した緑色の題簽を貼る。舞の本『元服曾我』の写本で、奥書はないが、江戸前期の書写と見られる。「はこねまふて」の書名は、冒頭の「文治元年正月十三日鎌倉殿はこね詣てとそ聞えける」に基づく。『元服曾我』の筋書きは以下の通り。源頼朝の箱根詣での際、曾我兄弟の弟で箱根寺の児であった箱王は父の仇工藤祐経と対面するが、幼いため討つことができず無念を味わう。数年後、法師になる前の箱王に会いに来た兄祐成に、箱王は元服して兄とともに祐経を討つ意思を伝える。箱根寺を出た兄弟は伊豆の北条時政の邸を訪れ、烏帽子親になることを乞う。時政は箱王を元服させ、烏帽子の由緒を語り、祝いの引き出物を贈る。時政の請いにより、祐成は祝言の舞を舞う。当館本の本文を諸本と比較すると、天理図書館蔵上山宗久本(文禄本)・朝倉市秋月博物館蔵黒田家本・寛永整版本などの大頭系の本に近く、特に秋月博物館本と一致する箇所が目に付く。その一方で幸若系の本と共通する辞句もあり、またどの本とも異なる文句も見られるなど、舞の本の本文研究に関し興味深い資料を提供する。「ふし」「かゝるふし」「上くとき」「ことは」「つめ」などの曲節注記が所々にあるが、他本と対照すると抜けているものも多く、節付符号も見られないので、読むための本として製作されたものであろう。(落合博志)(2022.3)
