| Description |
English: N1 approaching the Border. The Border looking towards the Irish Republic complete with filling station (the cost of fuel in Euros in the Republic approximates to the cost Pounds in Northern Ireland) and Bureau de Change. This section of the N1 Dublin to Belfast road between Dundalk and Newry is the last unimproved section of this desperately busy road within the Irish Republic. By the end of 2007, it should be have been by-passed by a new motorway 443792. |
