Description
English: Supplementary Movie 3 Basal myosin oscillations in live S10 flw mutant FCs Time-lapse movie of a S10 mosaic egg chambers expressing Sqh-GFP (green) and carrying flw mutant clones identified by the absence of nuclear mCherry (red). Focus is on the basal surface. Note that the changes in myosin intensity in flw mutant FCs are much reduced than in controls.
