Description
English: Three-dimensional reconstruction of neutrophils recruitment to R-cord in WT embryos. Tg(mpx:eGFP) larvae were iv infected with ≈100 Mabs R expressing tdTomato and imaged by confocal fluorescence microscopy at 3 dpi. Neutrophils are efficiently recruited to the R-cord in WT context.
