Description
English: Invaded lung fibroblast embedded in a 3D collagen matrix. 360° rotation of a 3D volume rendered (maximum intensity projection) confocal z-stack shown in Fig. S1 and Movie S1. Collagen (grey) was imaged by operating the confocal laser scanning microscope in reflective mode. Cells were stained for DAPI (blue) and Phalloidin (red).
