English: Monument located in the place where the partisan Lino Trevisan (battle name "Ottobrino"), part of the Garibaldi Destra Tagliamento Brigade, died on 22 December 1944, killed by a German soldier.
On the morning of 12/22/1944 "Ottobrino" was in the bakery in the Fontanis area of San Vito al Tagliamento when a well-known Nazi informant, his lover and a German soldier entered. “Ottobrino”, recognized by the spy, was immediately arrested by the German. As soon as he was out of the bakery, "Ottobrino" managed to free himself and, taking his bicycle, ran away, being immediately hit in the back of the head and killed by a gunshot fired by the German soldier. His companions, to remember him, gave his battle name to the Garibaldi brigade in which he was framed.
