  • National Endowment for the Humanities Grant for Access to Early Maps of the Middle Atlantic Seaboard.
  • Printed in sections, 1678 or 9-1681, and edited after the author's death by W. Hanway and J. Potenger. Several sections have special title-pages dated 1680.
  • Title-page to [v. 1] printed in red and black; added t.-p. engraved by N. Yeates.
