English: Arms of Moels (Argent, two bars gules in chief three torteaux). Ceiling boss of St Bridget's Chapel (North Chancel Chapel), Swimbridge Church. These are the arms of the Mules family of Ernesborough in the parish of Swimbridge. John Mules built the north aisle of the church, according to Risdon, Tristram (d.1640), Survey of Devon, 1811 edition, London, 1811, with 1810 Additions, pp.324.
