Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Axonal regeneration in motoneurons 7–12 hours after laser injury. RFP was used to label the axonal membrane, GFP-Moesin (GMA) was used to label F-actin [54] . A stack of 5 images was recorded every one minute (exposure time for each image was set to 300 ms). The projection of all images in each stack was used to produce the movie.
