Summary
[edit]DescriptionMicro-broccoli.tif |
English: Pure zinc oxide (ZnO) structure made by electrochemical deposition and the image was taken using scanning electron microscope (SEM). During the growth process of semiconductor nanowires by ion-track technology, after certain period of time starts the growth of so-called caps on the surface of polymer, which as a result formed presented composition. |
